2.1 Review of Related Literature
Google LLC is an American multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. Larry Page and Sergey Bring founded Google in 1998 while they were Ph.D. students at Stanford University, California. Together, they own about 14 percent of its shares and control 56 percent of the stockholder voting power through super voting stock. They incorporated Google as a privately held company on September 4, 1998. An Initial public offering (IPO) took place on August 19, 2004, and Google moved to its new headquarters in Mountain View, California, nicknamed the Googleplex. In August 2015, Google announced plans to reorganize its various interests as a conglomerate called Alphabet Inc. Google, Alphabet's leading subsidiary, will continue to be the umbrella company for Alphabet's Internet interests. Upon completion of the restructure, Sundar Pichai was appointed CEO of Google, replacing Larry Page, who became the CEO of Alphabet. (Wikipedia, 2018)

2.2 Advertisement
According to Online Dictionary a notice or announcement in a public medium promoting a product, service, or event or publicizing a job vacancy. Advertising is an audio or visual form of marketing communication that employs an openly sponsored, non-personal message to promote or sell a product, service or idea. (William, 1984)
2.3 Types of advertisement
A successful advertising campaign will spread the word about your products and services attract customers and generate sales. Whether you are trying to encourage new customers to buy an existing product or launching a new service, there are many options to choose from.
·         Newspaper
·         Magazine
·         Radio
·         Television
·         Directories
·         Outdoor and transit
·         Direct mail catalogues and leaflets
·         Online: Being on the internet can be a cost-effective way to attract new customers. You can reach a global audience at a low cost. Many customers research businesses online before deciding whom to buy from. A well-designed website can entice customers to buy from you. There are a number of ways you can promote your business online via paid advertising or to improve your search engine rankings. Other ways to advertise your business online include promoting your products or services on social media sites, blogs and search engines and other websites that your target audience visits. Find out more about social media. (Business.qld.gov.au, 2018)
2.4 Google AdSense
According to Andrea Whitmer (2012) AdSense is a program that allows bloggers and website owners to make money by displaying Google ads. In other word AdSense is a program run by Google that allows publishers in the Google Network of content sites to serve automatic text, image, video, or interactive media advertisements, that are targeted to site content and audience. (Wikipedia, 2018)
These advertisements are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google. They can generate revenue on either a per-click or per-impression basis. Google beta-tested a cost-per-action service, but discontinued it in October 2008 in favor of a DoubleClick offering (also owned by Google). In Q1 2014, Google earned US $3.4 billion ($13.6 billion annualized), or 22% of total revenue, through Google AdSense. (Google, 2014)  AdSense is a participant in the AdChoices program, so AdSense ads typically include the triangle-shaped AdChoices icon. This program also operates on HTTP cookies. Over 14.3 million websites use AdSense. (Wikipedia, 2018).
Google uses its technology to serve advertisements based on website content, the user's geographical location, and other factors. Those wanting to advertise with Google's targeted advertisement system may enroll through Google AdWords. AdSense has become one of the popular programs that specializes in creating and placing banner advertisements on a website or blog, because the advertisements are less intrusive and the content of the advertisements is often relevant to the website. Many websites use AdSense to make revenue from their web content (website, online videos, online audio content, etc.), and it is the most popular advertising network. (W3Techs. 2012). AdSense has been particularly important for delivering advertising revenue to the websites that do not have the resources for developing advertising sales programs and salespeople to seek out advertisers. To display contextually relevant advertisements on a website, webmasters place a brief JavaScript code on the website's pages. Websites that are content-rich have been very successful with this advertising program, as noted in a number of publisher case studies on the AdSense website. Google has removed the policy of limiting AdSense ads to three ads per page. Now, AdSense publishers can place unlimited amount of AdSense ads on a page.
2.5 Types of Google AdSense
Content: The content-based advertisements can be targeted for users with certain interest or contexts. The targeting can be CPC ("per click") or CPM (per impression) based, the only significant difference in CPC and CPM is that with CPC targeting, earnings are based on clicks while CPM earnings recently are actually based not just per views/impression but on a larger scale, per thousand impression, therefore driving it from the market, which makes CPC ads more common. There are various ad sizes available for content ads. (Bestparttimejob.in, 2016)
Search: AdSense for search allows publisher to display ads relating to search terms on their site and receive 51% of the revenue generated from those ads. (Google Form, 2008).
Video: AdSense for video allows publishers with video content (e.g., video hosting websites) to generate revenue using ad placements from Google's extensive advertising network. (AdSense Help, 2012).
Link units: Link units are closely targeted to the interests of your users. Because users directly interact with the ad unit, they may be more interested in the ads they eventually see.
Mobile content: AdSense for mobile content allowed publishers to generate earnings from their mobile websites using targeted Google advertisements. (Inside AdSense, 2014)
Domains: AdSense for domains allows advertisements to be placed on domain names that have not been developed. This offers domain name owners a way to monetize (make money from) domain names that are otherwise dormant or not in use. (Andrew Allemann, 2012)
Feeds: In May 2005, Google announced a limited-participation beta version of AdSense for Feeds, a version of AdSense that runs on RSS and Atom feeds that have more than 100 active subscribers. According to the Official Google Blog, "advertisers have their ads placed in the most appropriate feed articles; publishers are paid for their original content; readers see relevant advertising and in the long run, more quality feeds to choose from.(Shuman Ghosemajumder, 2005).

3.1 Methodology
The method involved internet review based on search engines and investigation on Google AdSense
3.2 Procedures for Individual Enrollment
To create your AdSense account, follow these steps:
2.      Click Sign up now.
3.      Choose a Google Account to use to sign up for AdSense.
4.      Enter the URL of the site that you want to show ads on.
5.      Choose whether you'd like AdSense to send you customized help and performance suggestions.
You are recommend that you choose yes so they can help you get more out of AdSense. They’ll send you emails to your Google Account's primary email address, but you can change your contact settings later if you wish to do that.
6.      Select your country or territory.
7.      Review and accept the AdSense Terms and Conditions.
8.      Click Create account.
You're now signed in to your new AdSense account.
After considering the AdSense by the Google, one most consider this rules and regulation according to the Google AdSense terms and conditions:
1.    Never, ever click your own ads. In case you aren’t aware, Google pretty much knows everything. And they can tell if you’re clicking your own ads. It’s very tempting to click about 50 times and make some money, but all it will do is result in being banned.
2.    Never, ever encourage friends or family to click your ads. Same as above. You can and will be banned from AdSense, and don’t ever think Google won’t figure it out. I don’t know how they do it, but I have seen it happen to people I know. JUST DON’T.
3.    Pay attention to your ad clicks. If you average 2 clicks a month and you suddenly get 100 in a day, chances are that something is wrong. If you’ve pissed someone off and they decide to fight back by clicking all over the place, you can get banned even though you didn’t do anything.
4.    Never rely on AdSense as your sole income source. Even if you get really good at SEO and you have 100 websites making thousands of dollars each month in AdSense, you never know when something could happen to trigger Google’s no-no sensors. You can make good money with AdSense, but you should also use other monetization strategies just in case.
5.    Don’t use more than 3 ad blocks on a single page. Google allows up to 3 ad blocks on a page. So if you have one in your header, one in your sidebar, and one at the end of your post, that’s the limit for that page. Also, don’t plaster ads all over the place and annoy your regular readers! There are ways to implement the ads without making your site ugly.

3.3 Who’s Eligible?
While Google can't say whether your site would be eligible without fully reviewing your application, there are a few things you can check before applying to see if your site would be a good fit with AdSense.
·         You must to have your own site?: You'll need one to participate in AdSense. Read Google tips for creating great content so you'll attract users and advertisers to your site.
Note: you must have access to edit the HTML source code of the site you submit for AdSense. If you submit a site you don't own (for example, www.sahihiya.org) you won't be able to place the AdSense code on the site and your application will not be approved.
·         Your site complies with AdSense program policies?: Check that your site complies with Google AdSense program policies before submitting your application. Keep in mind that they may change their policies at any time, and per our Terms and Conditions, it's your responsibility to keep up-to-date with them.
·         Your site must been active for at least six months?: In some locations, Google may require your site to have been active for at least six months before it will be considered. Google have taken this step to ensure the quality of their advertising network and protect the interests of their advertisers and existing publishers. (Support Google, 2018)
·         You must to be at least 18 years old: As noted in AdSense Terms and Conditions, Google can only accept applications from applicants who are over 18.
When you complete the entire requirement, you're ready, just submit your application. They’ll review your application and get back to you by email within about a week. (Support Google, 2018)
3.3.1 Eligibility for hosted accounts
AdSense works with products such as Blogger and YouTube to allow you to create host partner accounts. To be eligible for a hosted AdSense account via Blogger or YouTube, you must first meet certain eligibility requirements. As soon as your blog or channel becomes eligible for monetization via AdSense, you can apply for a new AdSense account and link these products.
Apply for your new AdSense account via your Blogger account or YouTube channel.
Note that you won't be able to apply via the regular AdSense application process; you must to create your account through your hosted account. For more information, visit AdSense sign up page for AdSense via YouTube or make money with your blog.
If you signed up for AdSense through a host partner and you’d like to show ads on your own non-host partner website, then you’ll need to submit a one-time application form.
v If you use Blogger, you can use the Monetize tab to set up and manage an AdSense account.
v If you use self-hosted WordPress, you can visit the AdSense website and apply for an account. You’ll receive a code that you can place wherever you’d like, or you can use a plug-in to help with placement.
v If you use free WordPress, you cannot use AdSense, but you can use WordAds if you have your own custom domain. (Just another reason why self-hosted WordPress is better)
4.0 Data Analysis and Result
4.1 Motivation
Whether you’ve been blogging for five weeks or five years, monetizing is one of those topics that almost always come up. Should I try to make money from blogging? Can people really make a living online? How should I try to make money from my blog? These questions give me courage to write a seminar on money making using AdSense. What are the Secrete behind?.
Earning N36, 000, N72, 000 or even N108, 000 per day with Google AdSense can be done from a home office. Many website owners are doing it. The only thing you need is planning, work, determination, and passion about your topic.
4.2 What it takes to make N36, 000 a Day with AdSense
When your CTR is 1% and your average CPC is N90, it’s quite achievable to make N36, 000 a day, and lots of people are doing it. Let's assume that a Page View = An Ad Impression.
  • To make N36, 000 everyday you need 40,000 Page Views/day or 400 Clicks a day @ 1% CTR and N90 CPC. For 40,000 Page Views you have to produce 500 awesome articles on your website. These pages must attract at least 80 or more page views every day.

These articles can be as little as 300 words. Always include a YouTube video on every article page you create. Many people writing a book, can simply write their book on their website and make money simply by writing it. You can also get your visitors to contribute their story ideas. This gets you free content and engages your followers.
  • Apart from CPC, you will also earn from your CPM ad impressions. Irrespective of any niche, the average CPM earning is N360 to N540 per 1,000 impressions. You can make N14, 400 to N21, 600 per day from 40,000 page views.
  • You can also sell your Ad space directly or via BuySellAds.com, and generate N2, 160, 000 Per Month on an average from 40,000 page views. Check out how webmasters are making N2, 160, 000 to N2, 880, 000 Per Month from BuySellAds with forty thousand page views per day. So your daily earning will be N72, 000 (N2, 160, 000/30 = N72, 000).
  • A niche website with high quality articles works well with affiliate marketing. You can might be able to earn N14, 400 to N28, 800/day from affiliate selling with correct implementation and execution. (Income Activator 2018)
Now your total earning per day is N36, 000 + N14, 400 + N72, 000 + N14, 400 = N136, 800 from CPC, CPM, Direct Ad Sell, Affiliate Marketing for 40,000 page views per day. I’ve taken the lowest possible earnings from all the 4 sources.
N136, 800 per day means N4, 104, 000 per month (N136, 800 X30 = N4, 104, 000) or N49, 248, 000 per year (N410400 X 12 = N49, 248, 000).
When deciding to be in the 'Creating Content Business' your desired earning of $100 per day from Google AdSense is achievable. 1,000s of people are making money by writing articles, and you can do it too, when you are Focused!
Note: The above results can be possible if you produce at least 200 to 250 great articles or blog posts per year for 2 years. So how much traffic you actually need to make N36, 000 per day from Google AdSense – It’s way less than 40,000 Page Views Per Day!

5.1 Conclusion
The aforementioned is concluding in the followings:
v The importance of computer technology in everyday life
v The AdSense guidelines and procedures was discussed
v The total emolument of the Blogger and motivation

5.2 Recommendation
v  It is recommended that the Blogger should take AdSense as a way of getting additional income since the unemployment is rampant the National issues.
v  Individuals must evolve in Google AdSense for economic growth and honestly abide by its implementation.
v  The bloggers should be acquainted with codes and web design procedures.
v  Finally, Individuals should pursue the goals of creativities to ensure the credibility of his/her knowledge.
